Eclipse Paid

By purchasing, redeeming, activating, downloading, accessing, or using Eclipse Paid, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service.

1. License

Your purchase of Eclipse Paid gives you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the software. You are purchasing access to use Eclipse Paid, not ownership of Eclipse Paid, its source code, backend, files, systems, or intellectual property.

Your license key and account are intended only for the person who originally purchased them unless we explicitly authorize otherwise.

2. License Keys and Account Security

You may not share, sell, rent, trade, transfer, or give your license key to another person.
You may not allow another person to use your license or account.
You are responsible for keeping your license key and account credentials secure.
You may not intentionally bypass device, license, authentication, or usage restrictions.
Suspicious sharing or unauthorized use may result in the license being temporarily locked or permanently revoked.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You may not attempt to copy, extract, defeat, interfere with, or circumvent Eclipse Paid or its protections.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, dumping, or extracting the software or any protected component.
Attempting to obtain or reconstruct source code.
Debugging, analyzing, modifying, patching, cracking, or tampering with the software for the purpose of bypassing protections or restrictions.
Bypassing authentication, licensing, HWID restrictions, usage-key systems, or other access controls.
Intercepting, reproducing, scraping, emulating, or abusing private backend or API communications.
Attempting to access backend endpoints, infrastructure, files, credentials, tokens, or systems without authorization.
Redistributing, uploading, leaking, mirroring, reselling, or otherwise providing Eclipse Paid or any portion of it to another person.
Sharing protected builds, downloaded modules, configuration files, authentication material, or other non-public Eclipse Paid files.
Removing or interfering with security, authentication, telemetry, licensing, or anti-tamper functionality.
Using stolen, compromised, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorized payment information.
Attempting to evade a suspension, blacklist, ban, or license revocation by using another key, account, device identifier, or identity.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to prohibit activity that applicable law expressly gives you a non-waivable right to perform.

4. Security, Authentication, and Logging

Eclipse Paid may use technical information necessary to operate the service, authenticate licenses, prevent abuse, investigate violations, maintain security, and enforce these Terms.

This information may include:

License or usage-key identifiers.
Activation and authentication timestamps.
IP addresses.
Hardware or device identifiers, including HWID-based identifiers.
Software version and basic client information.
Successful and failed authentication attempts.
License redemption and access history.
Security events, integrity-check results, and suspected tampering or abuse events.

This information may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement, or operation of the service. Certain identifiers may be hashed or otherwise transformed where appropriate.

We do not claim that these systems can identify every form of tampering, and security decisions may be based on multiple technical indicators.

5. Suspension and License Revocation

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, reset, blacklist, or permanently revoke a license when we reasonably determine that the license or associated user has violated these Terms, abused the service, compromised security, or attempted to bypass our protections.

Examples include:

License sharing.
Redistribution or leaking.
Reverse engineering or attempted cracking.
Unauthorized backend access.
Bypassing license or authentication systems.
Fraudulent payment activity.
Repeated attempts to evade an existing restriction or revocation.

Revocation for a verified violation ends your license and your right to access or use Eclipse Paid.

6. Digital Delivery and Activation

Eclipse Paid is a digital product. Delivery may occur through issuance of a license key, account access, download access, activation, redemption, authentication, or access to the Eclipse Paid service or software.

A license will be considered delivered once the purchased access, license key, download, or activation ability has been made available to the purchaser.

Redemption, successful authentication, download, activation, or recorded use of the license may be used as evidence that the digital product was delivered and accessed.

7. Refund Policy

Because Eclipse Paid is a digital product and access may be provided immediately after purchase, purchases are generally non-refundable once a license has been delivered, revealed, redeemed, activated, downloaded, or used.

A refund will not normally be provided because you changed your mind, stopped using the software, purchased by mistake, failed to read the product description or these Terms, or lost access because you violated these Terms.

This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law or the rules of the applicable payment provider.

8. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe there is a legitimate problem with a purchase, you should contact us and provide a reasonable opportunity for the issue to be investigated before initiating a payment dispute where practicable.

Filing a payment dispute does not erase records showing that a license was delivered, redeemed, activated, accessed, or used.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is filed, we may provide the payment provider, bank, card network, or other entity handling the dispute with relevant records necessary to respond to the claim. These records may include purchase information, acceptance of these Terms, license delivery records, redemption records, authentication records, relevant IP or device information, usage history, and communications relating to the transaction.

Knowingly making false statements to a payment provider about delivery, authorization, access, or use of Eclipse Paid may result in immediate suspension or permanent revocation of the associated license.

Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising a legitimate right to dispute a transaction under applicable law or payment-provider rules.

9. Updates, Availability, and Compatibility

Eclipse Paid is provided on an evolving basis. Features, compatibility, protections, functionality, supported versions, and availability may change over time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent compatibility with any particular game, application, platform, operating-system version, or third-party service.

Temporary downtime, updates, maintenance, compatibility changes, or third-party updates do not automatically entitle a customer to a refund, except where required by applicable law.

10. Third-Party Services

Eclipse Paid is independent software and may interact with software, platforms, games, or services operated by third parties.

We do not control third-party services and cannot guarantee that a third party will continue allowing any particular software, modification, or method of use.

You are responsible for complying with the rules and agreements that apply to any third-party service you choose to use.

11. Assumption of Risk

You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use Eclipse Paid. Third-party platforms may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts for modifications or other activity that violates their rules.

Eclipse Paid does not guarantee that use of the software will be undetectable, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from consequences imposed by third-party services.

12. No Warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Eclipse Paid is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the software will always operate without bugs, errors, interruptions, incompatibilities, or downtime.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Eclipse Paid and its operator will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the software.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the license giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

14. Intellectual Property

Eclipse Paid, including its software, branding, interfaces, backend systems, protected components, and original materials, remains the property of its respective owner or owners.

Purchasing a license does not transfer any copyright, source code, intellectual-property right, or ownership interest to you.

15. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as Eclipse Paid changes. When material changes are made, the updated version and its effective date will be posted on this page.

Changes will apply prospectively to the extent required by applicable law. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms where legally permitted.

16. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any refund policy, privacy notice, purchase terms, or other policies presented during checkout, constitute the agreement governing your purchase and use of Eclipse Paid.

By purchasing, redeeming, activating, downloading, accessing, or using Eclipse Paid, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms.
